For Pama (healing build lvl 49)

That is a more difficult question because it brings up questions as to what "pvp" is for you. There is no one spec that performs equally well. I use what I refer to as a blitz-aoe spec. It is horribly bad on world bosses. It is also bad if a duel or arena fight extend much beyond the first three rounds. This should be based on your style of play and the things you enjoy doing. Cherp, molybden, jadex, nivra, Tragdis and Simkin may all be great references on this. For healing, I have found what I have to be pretty optimal at level 50...that is not really the case with my pvp build..it has strengths and weaknesses that I think should be customized around your own preferences. What I will say is, if you want to maximize benefit from WB, you should seek to have lvl 4 Thunderer at lvl 50, and maximized +matk skill. This would mean giving up some aoe utility as well as some healing utility, but it is maximum single target damage. The rotation is also easy, queue Thunderer at beginning of fight, and then hit with double attacks until you die. You can always add back the utility of your class as you get higher levels. What I will say is that if I was spec'd this way, I would be seeing constant crits over 50k on the WB, and increase my money and daru each time by around 6k per attack round...that really adds up after awhile.
