Guild Chest Merit Roster

Ok, so heres the deal, ive been put in charge of the merit roster now for guild chests. I could only see the last 20 players that received guild chest from GB so that's the information I used to create this spreadsheet. A few thing to understand, I did not do his based on BR, it is strictly alphabetical order. Anyone familiar with EPGP or similar loot distribution will recognize and understand this right from the start. It is not a complicated system to understand. It breaks down like this, for every week you are in the guild, you will receive 10 pts every Friday. After final GB of the week I will reference this sheet, update it and re-post it so that everyone can view the roster and have an idea of when it is their turn to receive a guild chest. Each week I will see who has the most pts. If you have the most points that week AND attend the Friday GB, I will cash in your points for a guild chest resetting your points to zero. Again this will be done in alphabetical order. IF you don't care about receiving a guild chest please let me know as soon as possible so I can make sure your name is put on the Declined list. You will still gain points each week but wont receive a chest (you can always change your mind and thus you will still be gaining points each week). There is a set cost of each chest and that cost is ALL of your current points. It doesn't matter if you have 1,000 pts or 10 pts. Every time you get a chest your point total will drop to zero. EDIT:  Ive added 3 more columns to the spreadsheet. Those columns refer to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd gb's of each week. Attending a gb gets you a check mark under the corresponding column. ONLY 1 CHECK MARK MAKES YOU ELIGIBLE FOR GUILD CHEST EACH WEEK. Just because you have three check marks doesn't mean you are more eligible for chest than anyone else that only has 1 or 2 check marks. Only 1 counts towards eligibility. This should make it even easier for some of our junior toons to get a gb chest. I did this because some have work/school/family things going on and cant always make it to every gb. I cannot guarantee I will agree with you or change things that you think should be changed but I will listen and if u do seem to have a valid point, I will do my best at incorporating that as Lunar55's questions/issues led to this change. He made a valid and well thought point so Thank you lunar55 for making this list better for the guild!

2nd EDIT:  I added 1 more column to the spreadsheet. This new columns header is "Eligible".... this ONLY means that you have met eligibility for POSSIBLY receiving at guild chest at the end of the week because you attended 1 or more of the 3 gbs for THAT week. This column will get cleared at the end of the week after recipients of guild chests have been selected and mailed their chest. If you met eligibility, a Y (meaning Yes) will be placed in that column. If ELIGIBLE column is empty by your name, you have not met eligibility just yet.
